Q) How does the Movie Theatre work in general?
A) You can view the seperate movie clips for a movie by clicking on the movie rack item (the large picture with thumbnails for the movie). A new page will open and show you the clips from that movie that are available, as well as the length of the clip and price (in tokens). You can purchase tokens anywhere you see the yellow 'Buy Tokens' button. You own the clips forever and only have to login to open them one time.

Buy Tokens and then download any movie clip file from the site to your computers hard drive by right clicking on the yellow 'Download File' link and selecting 'Save Target As'. When you try to open the movie it will ask you for a User Name and Password to put in on the first play. You will not have to enter this again. The window will also show you how many tokens you currently have in your wallet and ask again if you are sure you want to purchase the clip.

Q) Do I own the movies forever?
A) Yes. You actually own the license for the movie and it is retained by Windows Media Viewer on your system and also on the ECSuite/DRM server in case your file is destroyed. You only have to enter your Username and Password the first time you open the clip. If you need the clip license again you can easily resore it from the server (location for restore is noted further on in this document).

Q) Is it easy to use the Movie Theatre?
A) Simple. Just buy tokens where you see a 'Buy Tokens' button. A lot of movies are 7-12 minutes long for 5-9 tokens. The resolution is high (approximetely 640x480 and 1000 - 1400kbs) and they are a good value. If you have questions or need help, send an email to Webmaster.

Q) How do I buy Tokens and get a User Name and Password?
A) You can purchase Tokens where you see the yellow 'Buy Tokens' button. These buttons are in the movie rack page, the page where all the clips are displayed or above the User Name and Password when you first try to play the movie. You pick your own User Name and Password.

Q) How does the Search Engine and check boxes work? How does the Model Search work?
A) Search by general category or fetish using the check boxes. You can also search for your favorite model by choosing Her name from the dropdown list or click the silver 'View Models' button and then click on the Model's photo or the link by the photo to round up all Her movies.

Q) Will the movie clips play on a Macintosh?
A) No. The clips are in Windows Media Viewer. You can watch them on a Windows based machine but cannot move them from the machine as they are licensed. MACINTOSH USERS CAN FIND CLIPS WITHOUT DRM PROTECTION (same clips but a bit more expensive) HERE: Clips.com or Clips4Sale

Q) What happens if my computer crashes and wipes out all of my files?
A) You can reaquire the license if you have lost it by going to: Reaquire License

Q) Can I copy the clips to a DVD, to a CD, or trade them with a friend?
A) No. The clips will only play on your computer. You cannot burn them to a DVD, copy them to a CD, move them to another computer, post them on the Internet, or trade them to a friend.

Q) I tried to play the clips, it took the tokens, and gave me an error message!
A) In many cases, you just need to reinstall Windows Media Player. Microsoft is constantly updating codecs and DRM components. Reinstalling will reset your security settings, update your codecs, and load and new DRM updates.
if you are receiving a 'Script' error and using Internet Explorer 7, please go to Tools | Options | Security and make sure you slider is set to 'Medium'. If it still does not work, send an email to Webmaster and we will help you as soon as possible. When you email, please tell us what OS you are using, what error message you are getting, and what clips you are trying to view.
You can also run the Compatibility Test Tool and click 'Send Report' after your finish. We will receive the results via email and be better able to assist you.

Errors with the DRM system are due to security, firewall or communications issues on the local workstation. These errors prevent communication with the license server or result in problems with Windows Media Viewer (which is closely tied to Internet Explorer).

Q) Can I save the clips to my hard drive?
A) YES! Unlike other online video stores where you can only watch a clip for 48 hours, at BestFemdomVideo Theatre once you pay for a clip, it is yours forever*. We recommend that you always right-click and click on save-as, to save to your local hard drive.

Q) I saved the clips to my hard drive. I was able to play them for a few months, but now I can't view them any more! What happened?
A) The licenses for the clips are stored on your computer as hidden files. They are similar to cookies, and occasionally someone deletes them while they are deleting cookies or cleaning files on their computer. If you accidentally or intentionally delete the licenses from your computer, you will no longer be able to view the clips. If this happens you can restore them from backup or reaquire by going to Reaquire License,

Q) What do I need to be able to view the clips?
A) You will need the latest version of Windows Media Player, which you can get for free here. You will need to be running a Windows based system such as Windows XP, Windows 98, Windows 2000, or Windows NT. Clips will not work on MAC OSX or OS9.

Q) How do I purchase a DVD and Checkout?
A) Where you see a silver 'Buy DVD' button, the DVD is available. After you add the DVDs you want your cart window will appear above the movie listing and you can Checkout or add more DVD
